Erie-Ottawa International Airport is publicly owned and operated by the Erie-Ottawa Regional Airport Authority (EORAA). Founded in 1968 by resolution of both Erie and Ottawa Counties in accordance with Chapter 308 of the Ohio Revised Code; EORAA is a political subdivision of both counties charged with the development and maintenance of aviation infrastructure to serve the aviation needs of both counties.
